Frank Smith has lived in Colorado since 1986. His experience working on ranches as well as in the construction industry has given him a realistic perspective of water issues that are prevalent in Colorado. Frank has worked in construction for 25 years.
Frank lists helping to create a rural water system for western La Plata County as one of his top priorities. “Being involved in getting the community water system established is something that brings me great satisfaction. I know the work the LPWWA Board is doing will benefit many for years to come. I look forward to the day when safe, reliable water is no longer a dream for our community but is a reality.”
“I am proud to work with a great group of board members who are dedicated to the project.” “We know we have a lot of work left to do to make this a reality but the community’s support of the project has been at the forefront of our thoughts throughout the whole process. “
Frank has been on the LPWWA board since 2010. He is currently the Board Vice President.
